Airporter Customer Charter

We aim to offer a first class service connecting Derry / Londonderry to the Belfast Airports.

Customer Service is key in the delivery of our service and all our staff serve all our passengers in a courteous professional manner.

We will carry our passengers in vehicles which are clean, modern and comfortable and in a manner which leaves our passengers feeling relaxed, safe and well rested.

We aim to arrive and depart on time, every time, bearing in mind we must take traffic, weather and road conditions into consideration and must always operate strictly within the laws of the road and of our Road Service Licence.

Our timetable meets the majority of incoming and outgoing flights from the two Belfast airports (currently 90% to and from both airports).
